COM-TECH is focused on the drafting and design of commercial, retail, residential, industrial, suburban office and warehouse facilities in the Calgary and surrounding markets. Utilizing Revit and its 3D staples, we can achieve various outcomes for a varying clientele base. We service developers, architects, designers and realtors, and amongst others. We have the knowledge and background to produce schematic and technical drawings, as well as visualization tools, without the overhead of facilitating separate drafting and multimedia departments. This allows our clients to stay focused on what they do best and allows our team to aid them in achieving their goals and making their vision a reality.

DRAFTING

Production of permit documents (DP, BP), tender and construction sets, drawing coordination and consultant fusion.

PROJECT ADMIN

Project and contract management, consultant organization, project timeline and milestone management.

DESIGN

Design development, space planning, schematic site layouts, interior/exterior design, finishes, material boards.

BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING)

Use of cutting edge Revit software to allow for seamless project integration/resources from the model itself.

RENDERINGS

Conceptual, interior/exterior, redesigns, fly-arounds and walkthroughs, white model and material selection.

BYLAW/CODE ANALYSIS

Complete review and application of applicable codes and bylaws to ensure a smooth transition through the permit process.
